In the unlikely event that you receive a Scotch & Soda garment that is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible as they will be able to provide you with assistance.
Our Customer Service Team is available through our online chat function at the bottom right-hand side corner of your screen from 8:30am to 5:00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Queensland Public Holidays.
